The ceramic knife is hygienic, not subject to corrosion and stainless, resistant to acids and chemicals, odorless and non-magnetic. The raw material used for making blades is tempered at a temperature of 1500°C in special furnaces to achieve special strength and protection of the ceramic from cracks and breaks.
