All-metal construction of Bamboo knives is completely free of welds, rivets, and joints. Such surface smoothness makes the series absolutely hygienic as it is completely free of any notches and cavities, from where it would be difficult to remove residual cut products, which means that the knife will not be a suitable environment for bacterial growth.
