Thermoplastic Antibacterial Cutting Board Samura /violet/
This polyurethane board measures 380 mm x 250 mm. On the edge of the working surface of the board, there is a convenient groove for excess fluid (such as juice from products being cut). There is a picture of a fish/ an apple in the centre of the board.
Kitchen cutting boards are made from thermoplastic polyurethane, which is used in the production of modern medical appliances, as well as children’s toys. The surface of the board prevents contamination by bacteria while in operation. It extends the life of knives in contrast to solid glass boards. During cutting, the blade of the Japanese steel or ceramic knife doesn’t interfere with the hard surface, but gently scores the porous and firm structure of the board.
